Our Vision
The W.A.T.C.H. Project is fighting for a powerful solution to a costly and unjust problem: a state HOA oversight board with real authority to protect those who are in the right but lack deep pockets to get justice.
While some states have created ineffective oversight offices, we believe Georgia deserves one with true enforcement power. This proactive approach would provide a fair alternative to the courtroom, saving individual homeowners and entire communities from the financial devastation of litigation. Such unnecessary legal battles can drain association reserves by hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Our mission is to provide a platform for owners to submit their association experiences via the association review survey along with being a champion of smart and well balanced legislation that strengthens every community without creating new burdens or unintended harm to a single community.
