Association Review Survey

If you live in a Georgia HOA, POA, COA, Co-op or any other Common Interest Community (CIC) and would like to file a complaint or provide kudos, you may do so by filling out the review survey below developed by The W.A.T.C.H. Project's Director of Research & Education and Resident Evil HOA Lectures founder Dr. Amanda Dutton. The W.A.T.C.H. Project will include your complaint in our reporting data to advocate for sensible legislation. We use this data to advocate for statewide level oversight which aim to prevent lengthy and costly legal battles to have your association issue(s) resolved.
