I live in a co-op community in Atlanta Georgia, Co-op is when you buy a membership to live in a community and the members pays a carrying charge monthly that pays for community bill overhead,office staff,maintenance and ect.I move in Wild wood Park Townhouses 03-05-2021,living there went well for a year, so I started getting involved with meeting that were supposed to be given by (Board of Directors)well being I am member that want to find out why we are not having meetings with Board of Directors or why the Board of Directors not having meetings with members, ok so I realize immediately I just opened a can of worms or a lot of wrong doing in my community (Wildwood Park Townhouses Inc)I have a lot to say and share,but I will say because I started asking questions my monthly carrying charge dues have not been accepted for 3years and…
