Friends & Advocates of The WATCH Project,
The countdown is on! The legislative session has now begun, and we have a critical, narrow window to lock in our demands before crossover day on March 6, 2026!
We have confirmation that our advocacy as a collective is working: We have heard back from Committee Chair Senator Brass that he is incorporating many of our proposals into the revision of SB406.
We also have confirmation that the number 1 priority of a dedicated, independent enforcement division is included! Your voices are being heard and making a meaningful difference! Let's also make sure they also inlcude election integrity and dues payment protection!
Our target? The key HOA Subcommittee members who will shape this legislation. We must flood their offices with a clear, unified message that we support enforcement and that we also want to ensure our funds being paid are allocated fairly and election transparancy.
Here are the decision-makers. Contact them THIS WEEK:

Find your Georgia state senator and house representative here and make sure they also support these proposals!
Your 2 Minute Action Plan:
CALL & EMAIL with this core message (in your own words is even more powerful):
*"I am a constituent/advocate urging you to ensure the revision of SB406 explicitly includes The WATCH Project's main proposal: a strong, independent enforcement division. We understand proposals are being incorporated, but this specific mechanism is non-negotiable for real accountability. Please commit to including this in the bill."*
Why this matters more than ever: Pressure sets the agenda. Your contact tells them this is a top issue for voters that cannot be ignored or diluted.
Let's turn their "maybe" into a "must." Pick up the phone. Hit send. Make our victory specific and certain!!!
